This 5-day safari takes you through Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife destinations. You will explore the vast plains of Serengeti National Park, home to the Big Five and the Great Migration, descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, and visit Tarangire National Park known for its large elephant herds and baobab trees.
You will also enjoy a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, famous for tree-climbing lions and diverse birdlife. This safari offers a perfect combination of wildlife, landscapes, and cultural experiences.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Drive towards Serengeti National Park, enjoying wildlife viewing along the way. Arrive in the vast plains of Serengeti for an afternoon game drive, where you may witness lions, cheetahs, zebras, and wildebeest.
After breakfast, head to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. The park is famous for tree-climbing lions, flamingos, elephants, and diverse bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with afternoon game viewing.
Depart from Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Enjoy sightings of large elephant herds, lions, giraffes, and iconic baobab trees. Later in the evening, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Enjoy an early morning game drive in Serengeti before heading towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the crater rim in the evening for sunset views and relaxation at your lodge.f
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive, where you can spot the Big Five in a unique natural setting. After the safari, drive back to Arusha marking the end of your adventure.
