- 2-3.5hr weekend hikes, 300-600m gain, 3-6kg pack
Weeks 5-8: Intensity
- 50-60min cardio 5x/week
- Weighted strength 2x/week
- 5-6hr hikes, 700-1000m gain, 7-10kg pack
Weeks 9-11: Peak
- Back-to-back weekend hikes (Sat+Sun)
